Singer, recording artist, and songwriter, AV!VA, captures fans with her sultry and vibrant voice, creating an ambience of strength and vitality through her nuanced voice, cohesively mixing sounds of hip hop, pop, and soul. She began her musical training at age 7 with the study of the piano, and from there continued her musical training. She’s studied many instruments, mastering the saxophone and marching percussion, paving the way for her invitation to join several jazz and concert bands. Her comfort in front of the camera can be tied to her modeling and acting, as she has been seen in various venues from the runways of New York to the billboards of Hollywood.  Her first song, “Conquering the City,” won her consideration for best rap/sung duo in the 58th Grammy Awards, and since then she’s continued working with world renowned producers to pursue her musical dreams. Gaining momentum from her first official concert performance last year for over 6,000 people, she won the Best Emerging Artist Award from the Valley Cultural Center which gave her the opportunity to headline Summer 2019 at the Concerts in the Park in NoHo. Her new single, “Call Me Beautiful,” can be heard on the United Kingdom airwaves.  Fans have also recently heard her interviewed on KDWRadio in Florida where she goes into details about her current songs, including her inspiration for the lyrics for her single. Additionally, she is working with the non-profit organization, Rock Against Trafficking — which is an organization consisting of rock legends such as Journey, Slash, Carlos Santana, etc. singing Sting and the Police covers to bring awareness and raise money to help the millions of children who are enslaved in the sex trafficking industry today. AV!VA sang and co-wrote the flagship anthem for the charity. She plans on continuing her musical journey by creating soulful music that inspires growth in her audience.
